If I Knew You Were Coming, I’d Have Baked a Cake!!

Bake It Pretty is one of my favorite websites where I routinely go to get great ideas and purchase great products! Whether you are a “bake a cake from scratch” type looking for great cake baking products, candy molds, etc. or (like me) most often default to using a cake mix or purchasing a bakery or store-bought cake and want to add some personal “special touches” to make your cake “one of a kind” — Bake It Pretty is a “go-to” resource!

I guarantee that simply browsing around for a few minutes on their site and blog will make you happy, but their latest blog post – “Bake It Pretty now a Major Motion Picture” (actually a re-post) of their awesome and adorable stop motion video — made me stop and smile for a few minutes as I played… and replayed it a few times. I then shared it with my girls (ages 5 and 22 months) and we replayed it and danced and giggled to it about 30 more times! (I highly recommend taking a look/listen!)

An added bonus as a result of Bake It Pretty’s great post: I now know of this great old song by Eileen Barton and plan to use for musical chairs at our next birthday celebration! (This song would be great for a CAKE WALK too!! )
